Hi, I’m Collie! With a 15 year career as a barista in the UK, Australia and New Zealand I wanted to create accessible barista training for all Businesses, working Barista’s and home coffee lovers, that encourages creativity and provides a space to learn, make a mess and most importantly have fun!

SUSTAINABILITY/ECO-MINDED
Collie Makes Coffee is committed to reducing waste by practicing Infinity Pouring (a method of re-using steamed milk to pour multiple times), reusing coffee grounds from every workshop, whipping them into delicious hand scrubs – which come complimentary with every booking!
We use coffee beans from local roaster Tynemouth Coffee Co and use Huskee cups – a leader in reusable, eco-friendly coffee wares.
